Subject: [PATCH] Added an option to the WiFiManagerParameter so that a
 parameter can be read-only. This is done in a way that does not break an
 existing program by having a constructor for either way. If a "1" is added to
 the end of the parameter list then the field becomes readonly. The HTML will
 add the "readonly" option.
