Christopher Liebman d66cd47df8 use realloc() when increasing the size of _params. addParameter() now returns bool 
indicating the status of adding the parameter where false indicates it failed to
increase the size of _params and did not add the parameter.

Chris Liebman 6465d72f6e Refactored to use only a default constructor and automatically resize the parameter array each time the size limit is reached. 
I used the initial size (WIFI_MANAGER_MAX_PARAMS) as the increment when resizing.
Existing data is coppied to the new array and the old one is free'd.

This helps skip token replacements that are not even used, replace is slow, this is an optimization mostly for large sets of params or aps.
