Shawn A 90024b8603 adding def blocks, nonworking 
adding conditionals for all module types, there has been requests for other module support in addition to esp32, so I ma just gonna go ahead and avoid else fallbacks for now. Not working yet.

Christopher Liebman d66cd47df8 use realloc() when increasing the size of _params. addParameter() now returns bool 
indicating the status of adding the parameter where false indicates it failed to
increase the size of _params and did not add the parameter.

pass stream reference via constructor to use for _debugPort in DEBUG_WM, if someone needs dynamic we can add pointer setter, but seems overkill

Chris Liebman 6465d72f6e Refactored to use only a default constructor and automatically resize the parameter array each time the size limit is reached. 
I used the initial size (WIFI_MANAGER_MAX_PARAMS) as the increment when resizing.
Existing data is coppied to the new array and the old one is free'd.
