You should be able to have sta+softap mode with your own softap, and starting config portal will not overwrite your default softap, but i cannot find a way to reconnect other than rebooting the device
Previously a valid predefined static IP had to be passed before the
config page would show the IP, gateway and subnet fields. This did not
allow the config page to show 'optional' static IP fields.
Now a boolean can be passed to the autoConnect() function which will
specify whether the static IP fields should be shown or not.
When this boolean is true but no predefined values are passed and fields
are left blank in config page, wifiManager will revert to DHCP. This
allows user to choose between static IP or DHCP without changing code
This might need better handling in future, since we only get back a bool
of wether or not we are connected, not if configportal was saved etc.

* testing turn off sta during portal , causes issues
configportaltimeout now starts at configportalstart if no sta clients,
or after last client disconnects. Will never timeout if ap has sta
client! handle edge case in user code.
array containing custom parameters is initialised at class
initialization time with a fixed value. When we later try to add more
parameters than the array allows we will now discard the offending
parameters and make a debug logging so the developer knows what's going
on.

This would allow the array size to be specified at initialisation time,
and would give flexibility to the developer to decide how big the array

Adds sprite based icons, added some accessibility support since this

Can use classes `left` or `right` on parent div to align on either side
of SSID, parent div `invert` css filters the icons to white.
base64 image string has been formatted for easy replacement
