Pablo Sanchez 33a5e5b3cb Added an option to the WiFiManagerParameter so that a parameter can be read-only. This is done in a way that does not break an existing 
program by having a constructor for either way. If a "1" is added to the end of the parameter list then the field becomes readonly.
The HTML will add the "readonly" option.

Franklin van Velthuizen c77e9cbcc9 To show the config portal SSID in the callback, a global reference to the WiFiManager object was needed. To solve this, a pointer to the WiFiManager object is now passed to the callback. The feedback example is edited accordingly. 2016-01-10 00:28:39 +01:00

Alberto Ricci Bitti 807933270b Added "forceAP" parameter to autoconnect (defaulted to false, which leaves previous behaviour unchanged). 
If true, starts the configuration portal anyway (in my case I have a physical button to enter configuration)

Christopher Pascoe d3274bc5b9 Allocate the DNSServer and ESP8266WebServer on the heap at begin() time and free them when autoConnect() terminates. 
This reduces the likelihood of a stack overflow when WifiManager is instantiated in setup(),
and lowers memory usage (after wifi is connected) when it's instantiated globally.
