use realloc() when increasing the size of _params. addParameter() now returns bool
...
indicating the status of adding the parameter where false indicates it failed to
increase the size of _params and did not add the parameter.

6465d72f6e
Refactored to use only a default constructor and automatically resize the parameter array each time the size limit is reached.
...
I used the initial size (WIFI_MANAGER_MAX_PARAMS) as the increment when resizing.
Existing data is coppied to the new array and the old one is free'd.

You should be able to have sta+softap mode with your own softap, and starting config portal will not overwrite your default softap, but i cannot find a way to reconnect other than rebooting the device
