Shawn A 90024b8603 adding def blocks, nonworking 
adding conditionals for all module types, there has been requests for other module support in addition to esp32, so I ma just gonna go ahead and avoid else fallbacks for now. Not working yet.

pass stream reference via constructor to use for _debugPort in DEBUG_WM, if someone needs dynamic we can add pointer setter, but seems overkill

This helps skip token replacements that are not even used, replace is slow, this is an optimization mostly for large sets of params or aps.
