Hosts UX, effective names, JS interop, domain UI

- Hosts: delete confirmation modal, shift range select, keyboard shortcuts,
  effective-name suffix tooltips, conditional modern header actions
- Align EffectiveNames on rows with scoped domain= + pending preview;
  unified hosts API uses full DomainValues from config snapshot
- Harden Blazor JS interop (safe helpers, IAsyncDisposable, disposal order)
- Effective config: domain multi-value display/editor, parsers, tests
- Misc: docs/testdata/docker script updates

# Test data

Source for the Docker test harness: `scripts/prepare-test-mount.sh` syncs this dir to `testdata-mount/`, which is bind-mounted as `/data`. The sync **excludes** `leases`, `zz-dnsmasq-webui.conf`, and `zz-dnsmasq-webui.hosts` so image rebuilds keep the live lease file and app-managed config/hosts in the mount; use `--clear` or `--reset-managed` on the script when you want a clean slate. Unit tests use the copy in the test output dir (copied at build via the .csproj), including any committed `zz-dnsmasq-webui.conf` sample at repo root for fixtures.
