The initialization of the buffer holding the value stopped before the last character and storage did not take into account the extra-byte for end of string.

Christopher Liebman d66cd47df8 use realloc() when increasing the size of _params. addParameter() now returns bool 
indicating the status of adding the parameter where false indicates it failed to
increase the size of _params and did not add the parameter.

Chris Liebman 6465d72f6e Refactored to use only a default constructor and automatically resize the parameter array each time the size limit is reached. 
I used the initial size (WIFI_MANAGER_MAX_PARAMS) as the increment when resizing.
Existing data is coppied to the new array and the old one is free'd.

Shawn A c810633ee3 reset configportal timeouts after ap disconnect 
configportaltimeout now starts at configportalstart if no sta clients,
or after last client disconnects. Will never timeout if ap has sta
client! handle edge case in user code.
