alex f6366bf346 Make HTTPS redirection optional and remove authorization 
- HTTPS redirection now configurable via ENABLE_HTTPS_REDIRECTION env var
- Removed UseAuthorization() for Docker flexibility
- Improved regex group validation in ScrapingService
