Update integration

Add Pollen Levels integration to default HACS list.

- Insert "eXPerience83/pollenlevels" into integration.json in proper alphabetical order.
- Domain: pollenlevels
- Repository: https://github.com/eXPerience83/pollenlevels
- Integration has passed both Hassfest and HACS validation CI checks.
- Brand assets have been merged into home-assistant/brands.
