Christopher Liebman 2fac07cbf0 WiFiManagerParameter::setValue used length of default value for i 
allocation and not passed length. Changed to use passed length or
length of default value if > passed length.

Christopher Liebman 85dd747949 Use hasParam() instead of checking server.arg() for NULL, it returns a String anyway. 
Don't use .c_str() when its being assigned to a String anyway

Christopher Liebman 5a06f29c5b In https://github.com/esp8266/Arduino/pull/4889 the core was modified to 
disable WPS by default.  Its only enabled if NO_EXTRA_4K_HEAP is defined.
To enable you must re-run the board manager with --noextra4kheap.
This addes #ifdef NO_EXTRA_4K_HEAP arround WPS usage so it won't generate
compiler errors.

esp32 only uses persistent on wifiLowLevelInit
        if(!persistent){
          esp_wifi_set_storage(WIFI_STORAGE_RAM);
        }
which only gets applied during certain functions, namely changing modes, or turning on wifi

Chris Marrin 174bb615e6 Changed setAPCallback and setSaveConfigCallback to take std::function params 
This allows Predicates and Lambdas to be passed. Still allows bare function pointers
so this patch is fully backward compatible. Tested on WiFiManager examples for
backward compatibility and on my own project (OfficeClock) for handling lambdas with
captured variables
